More Than 80% Reduction in Our Carbon Intensity
Since 2020, we have been regularly monitoring our carbon intensity and evaluating the results in line with our sustainability targets.
Our carbon intensity, which was 15.66 kgCO₂/€ in 2020, decreased to 9.38 in 2021, 6.40 in 2022, 5.23 in 2023, and 3.36 in 2024. In 2025, it reached 3.08 kgCO₂/€, representing an improvement of more than 80% compared with 2020.
Moving Forward Towards Our 2027 Target with Determination
The steady progress we have achieved since 2020 demonstrates that our sustainability efforts are delivering long-term and measurable results.
We have already achieved the CO₂ reduction target for 2027 that we previously shared on our website. Therefore, we have revised our carbon reduction target for 2027 to 85%. In the coming period, we aim to achieve this target by continuing our efforts in areas such as energy efficiency projects, the use of renewable energy, optimization of production processes, and more efficient use of resources. After reaching our 2027 target, we will shape our longer-term goals by evaluating the results achieved and technological developments, and define our target for 2030.
We see our sustainability journey not as a destination, but as a long-term process that requires continuous improvement. While reducing our environmental impact, we will continue to fulfill our responsibilities to our customers, employees, and future generations.
